CRCS-2150-AX - Cartridge Rotary Single Seal for Axial Movement with Flush/Vent Port and 4-bolt gland fastening with integral vortex breakers

The CRCS-2150-AX is a multi-spring, hydraulically balanced single cartridge stationary seal that is specifically designed to accommodate axial shaft thermal growth/movement, as experienced by one seal on a double ended pump.

The seal is offered with flush (Plan 11 / 13 / 32) port and a gland plate with integral vortex breakers, ideal for slurry applications to prevent gland errosion and wear. The seal also has secondary O-RING seals, complete with a 4-bolt gland fastening.

The rotary cartridge seal has Shrink Fitted seal faces is designed for use with parallel rotating equipment shafts.

The design has a number of innovative design features and comes with Multi-Springs for even face loading and a four stud/bolt gland fastening. The cartridge seal is Set Screw Driven with the gland incorporating a Flush connection which can also be used for Venting the seal chamber.
