CSCS-1000 - Cartridge Stationary Compact Single with Flush/Vent Port with a 2-bolt gland fastening
The CSCS-1000 is a compact multi-spring, hydraulically balanced single cartridge stationary seal with flush (Plan 11 / 13 / 32) port and secondary O-RING seals.
The stationary cartridge seal has Shrink Fitted seal faces is designed for use with parallel rotating equipment shafts.
The design has a number of innovative design features and comes with Multi-Springs for even face loading and a two stud/bolt gland fastening. The cartridge seal is Set Screw Driven with the gland incorporating a Flush connection which can also be used for Venting the seal chamber.
The seal has a number of design features and comes factory assembled and tested.
Design Features:
- Stationary seal provides a self-aligning stationary seal face to help accomodate a modicome of angular misalignment between the equipment shaft and housing.
- 1/4" NPT port connection
- Cartridge seal design for ease of installation. Seal faces are pre-set so, unlike component seals, there is no change of operator setting face load incorrectly
- Comes Flush/Vent Connection as standard
- Available in a large range of seal face materials to suit all applications.
