his innovative cartridge seal can operate to seal bearings on conventional pumps, mixers, reactors and agitators.
Our LIPC-1010 is supplied with hybrid Lipseal material and the design is offered as a complete cartridge solution. The lipseals run a hardened sleeve to maximise seal longevity.
Design Features include;
- Marginal or Flooded bearing chamber applications - The three lip seal design provides high integrity from possibility of liquid contamination from the seal into the process operation.
- Cartridge, one piece solution for ease of installation
- Hardened Cartridge Sleeve - No shaft wear or high shaft maintenance expense. The hybrid lipseals run on a harden cartridge sleeve surface to maximise seal life.
- Stainless steel wetted material construction for optimum chemical resistance performance. Alternative wetted materials can be supplied on request.
- Compact design - will fit in practically all rotating equipment rotor/stator openings, from 5mm radial clearance. The design can be supplied fully externally mounted on request.
- Supplied with Barrier/Buffer Quench and Drain ports for use with a Gas Panel System.
