STAN040-FCS - Plan 54 forced circulation system, floor mounted with 40 Litre tank

The STAN040-FCS is a 40 Litre (10.7 US Gal) Oil Forced Circulation System, suitable for API Plan 54 applications.

It is typically floor or skid mounted and is manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel. It is supplied with a Temperature, Pressure and Level Gauge.

The suction filter incorporates a 60 micron stainless steel mesh to help prevent contaminants entering the system. The tank incorporates a filler breather cap and a cast iron electric motor.

The system circulates oil via a positive displacement pump delivering up to 4 L/min (1.0 US Gal/min) to the mechanical seal for cooling and lubrication. Cool fluid to the seal faces, helps improve mechanical seal longevity.

Pressure is controlled in the delivery pipework by a back pressure control valve allowing the main tank to be unpressurised. Oil temperature is dissipated via an integral plate heat exchanger.

SIZE: Compact Plan 54 system measures 600mm x 300mm x 600mm high (23.6" x 11.8" x 23.6" high)

Stanseals has a range of Forced Circulation Systems (FCS) including STAN100-FCS (100L tank) and STAN012-FCS (12L tank)

System Safe Operating Limits:

This seal support system incorporates best practice features and innovation as detailed in our technical blogs and white papers.

** Apply "industry standard" Pressure and Temperature de-rating factors, by application. The safe system performance characteristics are typical characteristics for each variable in isolation. The individual upper limit values of each variable should NOT be used in multiple combinations of Pressure and Temperature. Contact our Technical Sales Department for further details.

In accordance with industry best practice, each STANSEALS seal support system incorporates a permanently secured label, to the vessel, that confirms the design and operational limits of the system.
